Tbilisi Elections Aid Georgia's President

The New York Times recently reported on the mayoral elections in Tbilisi. Georgia President Mikheil Saakashvili spoke at a rally for the incumbent mayor Gigi Ugulava, who declared victory shortly after the results of Edison's exit polling for the election.
